You want us in and out as soon as possible, and that's what we do. 

We can be in and out of your property in less than 3 months in most cases.

We spend much time and effort scheduling the project before we start.  We only start when materials and labor are procured and we are ready to provide the work on or ahead of your requirements.  This saves us all a lot of inefficiency, and as a result, time and money.

Master  Schedule

Initially, we master schedule the project from start to finish.  Then we verify with every provider of material and labor to make sure that our plan is reasonable.  We make sure that the subcontractors have the required labor available for when we start.  Most important we make sure that everyone involved buys into the plan as it is developed.

Procurement Schedule

Often times we procure all the materials and labor for the project ahead of starting the work.  We set up a complete delivery and work schedule showing each item, when required on the job, and who is to provide it.

Subcontractor Schedules

On most projects, we produce and provide individual schedules for each of our subcontractors, many times as part of their subcontract agreements.  When they clearly know what they need to do every day and in which unit, we all benefit.

Follow up

Its one thing to have the best scheduling in the world, and another thing to make it happen.  Once we have eliminated most of the causes of lack of performance on anyone's behalf, we follow up daily to make sure we are progressing adequately and materials are being fed into the project in a timely fashion.  The end result is everyone being happy with the outcome.

Granite Countertops 

When you have large quantities of granite countertops or the like, it helps if you call us into the picture way in advance.  The reason is that granite fabrication is quite a time consuming endeavor, and if we know about the requirements in advance we can save you much time and lots of money.
